I answered "no" to the last 3 questions, so I do not know why I can not submit the questionnaire without filling out this box. However, there was a little incident where the Asst Chief came up to me and an Election Officer who had approached me and started a conversation with me. We were talking in a friendly way when she interrupted us and, referring to what I believe was an election policy book that she held in her hand, said the book said the election officer should not be talking with me. She said it in a part serious and part joking way. I said I thought we could talk some if it was a slow time and head election officers allowed it. She seemed to admit this and seemed to be O.K. with us talking some and even joined in the conversation with us for a little while in a friendly way.
