There was a voter who was very loud in his objection to voting by placing his ballot in a scanner. From what I could hear, he wanted his vote to be hand-counted. He thought that his vote might be changed from Trump to Harris without his knowledge. The Chief Officer accommodated him as best she could to alleviate his concerns.
