Carries Lynn Smith of Manassas Va was told she had already voted but did not. Chief Tessie handled this I do not know how it was resolved.
A couple people whom had already voted for president wanted to vote for councilman for the city but they had explained to them that the candidate ads outside the polling place were unique to this district but in early voting the proper ballot is printed based on the voters actual registration of precinct . (voter was confused by the signs) no issue.
Around two pm one of the printers was only printing one sided ballots and then was rebooted and when it did it printed two extra ballots, the two extra ballots were spoiled with an S on both sides.
One voter showed a passport and then the utility bill on her phone for address.
One voter who was here and moved from Texas and no VA id, was told to come back with a utility bill to same day register.
six voters never received the requested mail in ballots and they filled in the form testifying they are voting in person.
one voter was dropped from the rolls for not voting in several elections
at least four people were deemed inactive and same day registerred
One military left active duty and was a california resident and now lives in VA did not have VA id but had utility bill
